- He is a member of ISHRS and the World FUE Institute.
- Medical team of several assistants
HAIR LOSS TREATMENT : MEDICATION
HAIR TRANSPLANT :
1st extraction:
MANUAL FUE : up to 4200 grafts in multiple sessions
- Dr. Lupanzula practices FUE exclusively with a manual punch, which allows a tactile feel during the operation, much better than with a motorized punch
- Shaving the patient's hair (full or partial shave)
- Measure the patient's hair density zone by zone with a densitometer
- Isolation of follicular units with a manual punch, 0.75 to 1.0 mm in diameter, and extraction with micro-forceps.
FUE TELI SHAVE (PATCHY SHAVEN) : Ideal for men and women
- Partial shave of the donor area (in narrow ribbons) covered by nearby long hair
- Do not shave the recipient area (grafts are re-implanted between existing hair).
- The FUE "partial shave" is very popular with women and men who prefer discretion (same appearance before and after the operation).
- The only disadvantage: you cannot take as many grafts as with a classic FUE "full shave".
- Often times, patients need several sessions to achieve the desired result (up to 3000 grafts in 4 operations).
TRICHOPHYTIC STRIP:
- Allows for a larger amount of grafts (4000-5000 Ufs) to be picked than with the manual FUE technique.
- Lower cost compared to a manual FUE.
BODY HAIR TRANSPLANT (BHT) : good option when the donor area is insufficient
2. Implantation:
- First, micro-incisions are made over the entire recording area according to a predefined distribution (density and design).
- Then the follicular units are re-implanted as quickly as possible in the sites created with microincisions.
