- History: at 26 years of age, hair transplant (Strip, in another clinic) to thicken the front line, with about 900 UF, large grafts (doll effect).
- Donor area: thick and long scar, limited number of UFs

HAIR TRANSPLANT (performed):
- Objective: densify the areas balding with the progression of alopecia
- Technique: FUE long hair (without shaving)
- Punch: Cole Instruments, 0.95mm in diameter, 2.8mm deep
- Follicular units transplanted = 2500
HAIR TRANSPLANT (planned): 12 months after the operation, to remove the large grafts from the very first surgery (strip)
