HAIR LOSS TREATMENTS : 

Treatments to be used in the long term : medication for men

• Finasteride (a tolerable and effective treatment) 
• Minoxidil (significantly reducing hair loss)

Treatments with permanent results in a short time :

• Laser : photo-biotherapy brings an increase in hair length and diameter (in less than two months, the results will begin to show).
• Mesotherapy: multivitamin drugs are selected to be injected into the hair loss areas (n 8 months, the results are visible)

HAIR TRANSPLANTS : 

• Doctor Ioannis takes only a reasonable number of grafts, to save the donor area for future surgeries
• In any case, no more than 4000 grafts per session, to avoid shockloss, and therefore loss of grafts.
• For large baldness, especially if the patient is very young, Scalp Micro Pigmentation can be a good option.

Extraction techniques : 

Strip (FUT):  A strip of scalp is surgically removed from the donor area to collect hair follicles. The procedure is relatively painless, the recovery time is short and leaves no noticeable scar.
Micro-strip: When the donor area is weak, the doctor chooses the Micro-strip method.
FUE: Hair follicles are extracted one by one, with a motorized micro punch, from different donor areas of the scalp (back and sides).

Implantation technique : incisions in the recipient area, and placement of the grafts with micro forceps.
 

PRICING : from 3000 euros to 5000 euros, up to 3000 - 3800 grafts.
