AUTOMATED FUE :
- Up to 2000 - 2500 grafts in one session of 5-10 hours.
- Shaving of donor area
- Implantation : implanter (Choi, DHI) or “stick and place” method (incision with a special blade and placing the follicle in it)
- Equipment : CDD VORTEX device produced by Cole Instruments (control of depth penetration, diameter of 0,8 mm and in difficult cases 1 mm).
FUE PATCHY SHAVEN : for 800 - 1000 grafts, it is possible to shave two stripes of donor hair and cover them with surrounding longer hair.
Body Hair Transplantation (BHT) :
- Follicles are taken from the chin, chest, armpits, pubic symphysis, legs or the belly.
- But the quality is not as good as with hair follicles, and it is harder to extract body hair.
